I had a great leg workout today.. I am going to hurrrrt the next few days. But I love it! I LIVE to complain about being sore!! lol Maybe someday I’ll look like Amanda Latona? Ok doubtful…. haha butt.. her BUTT is insane! Booty motivation for sure.. this girl has some serious glutes! <3
My Leg Workout:
Barbell Squats 5x10 
Walking Lunges w/Barbell 4xGym (the length of the gym and back is one set)
Leg Press 4x12 - SUPERSET - Leg Extensions 4x10 with 2 dropsets on each set (this BURRRRNED)
4x10 Sumo Squats w/Dumbbell - SUPERESET - Bench Step-Ups w/Dumbbells 4x10 each leg
Finish it up with 30 minutes on the Stairmaster Level 5
I’ve been increasing the number of sets because I’m trying to lean out for a shoot in a few weeks. Be smart and don’t push yourself beyond your fitness abilities. While it’s great to challenge yourself, you don’t want to wind up injured. Make sure to warm up properly and use proper form ALWAYS. Enjoy =)
